CodeIgniter 3 has been in maintenance mode for years, and moving to CodeIgniter 4 is a rewrite anyway. CI2Laravel converts the boring 80% automatically, so your team only reviews and finishes the rest.
What gets converted
- Controllers → Laravel controllers +
routes/web.php (including config/routes.php custom routes)
- CI models + Query Builder (
$this->db->where()->get()) → Query Builder / Eloquent
- Views → Blade (
<?php echo → {{ }}, form_open, base_url, site_url)
- Form validation rules, sessions, flashdata, libraries and helpers → Laravel equivalents
- A report listing every file we couldn't convert, with the reason

- We send you a report: % auto-convertible, a list of risky spots and a fixed price.
- You approve, and get a branch/PR on a copy of your repo. Your code is deleted after delivery.
